Hand on the basket makes it possible for very simple emptying and
cleaning of the basket. The main feature of the press is, that the
spiral shaft is not in contact with the fruit or juice. This makes
it for a very hygiene extraction of the juice.

300 LB it shuts off automatically and starts again when the pressure
